Most of us have seen the movie "Sex and the City" by now, and if you haven't - why not!! Like me I loved it for the fantastic designer fashion and the mixes of trends and styles that the 4 girls put together. Whilst leaving the movies, i kept hearing women saying, "Oh my god, did you love that belt, I wonder where I can buy it?" I started searching for it online and offline, and couldnt find it anywhere. Then I found it at Patricia Field store online - but it was sold out and over priced! So I decided to get my design head on and get them manufactured myself. Whilst designing the belt I realised that Patricia Fields fastened under the buckle, this all looks great if I wear it on the tightest hole, but what happens when i want to wear in on the next hole or the next hole? Uggh! Yuk! I have a big gap where there are no studs, a big gaping area at the front where all I can see is black leather and holes! The studs couldnt go along that part of the belt, as this would mean the belt would not sit correctly. There was only 1 option, and that was to fasten it at the back. Then there was the issue of sizing! I couldnt have 1 size fits all, as this would mean too many fastening studs at the back, hence I sized it as 4 sizes. Small, Medium, Large, XLarge. Prototypes were confirmed, minor adjustments made, and here we are at last..The Carrie Studded black Belt! Im very proud of my Carrie belt design, and am humbled when I receive fantastic and positive comments from my customers, and would like to thank all of you that have purchased and supported this project. I am about to launch another few products really soon..By the end of November.... Look out for my 'Exotic skin Belts, and 'RED4H hair straighteners'(these are really sexy, and EXACTLY the same specs as G*D, there are 2 styles to choose from, and lots of FREE giveaways included) As a consumer, I hate to feel 'ripped off' by "BRANDS". Did you know we pay way over the cost for branded items, between 300-500% of our cost price is profit!! We are also paying way too much for the packaging!! And in the process, harming the environment.. I have researched, tested and priced my new products to combat all these issues... Lets all become consumer-wise, and say NO to being ripped off!!
